Our Approach / Intervention
DLSRC runs job-aligned training tracks: biosafety, sample handling, basic diagnostics workflow, documentation, QA mindset, and digital record keeping. Programs are modular, practical-heavy, and assessed using competency checklists. Placement support is built through partnerships with labs, hospitals, and diagnostics networks, creating a local pipeline.
